Full payment must be made in advance before the service can be started.
The drafting of the Power of Attorney will begin immediately after the payment is received.
The completion timeline may depend on how quickly you provide the required documents, comments, and confirmations. It may also depend on the processing time of the relevant government department.
If you wish to use your own draft of the Power of Attorney, please note that we will submit it directly to the Notary Public for initial review. In this case, we are not responsible for any rejection or comments issued by the relevant government authorities.
All required documents must be valid, including documents such as vehicle registration cards, company licenses, and similar supporting documents.
All company documents issued outside the UAE must be properly attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the country of origin, the UAE Embassy in the country of origin, and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Dubai. They must also be legally translated into Arabic.
Any supporting documents issued in English or any other language must be legally translated into Arabic.
Both the Principal and the Attorney must be legally eligible under UAE law, meaning they must be 21 years old or above, in order to issue, grant, or receive a Power of Attorney.
